Content is developed in conformance with current Practice Guidelines of government agencies and medical specialty organizations. For new content, the staff is exclusively dedicated to developing health communication solutions that are evidence-based, URAC accredited, easy to understand, and behavioral-change focused.
SCC reviewers are asked to review content in their specialty to assure that the stated facts and recommendations are evidence-based and that different articles on the same topics made consistent recommendations.

Shari Cantor received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL and her BS from Emory University in Atlanta. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Women's Health Section. Shari currently works at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston in the Outpatient Department with patients with a wide variety of diagnoses. Shari was an All-American swimmer in college.

Sara Collamore graduated from Ithaca College with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998. She worked as a rotating physical therapist at Mount Sinai Hospital for two years. While in New York, she also worked backstage at Broadway theaters for Performing Arts Physical Therapy. In 2000, Dr. Collamore relocated to Massachusetts and accepted a position in the outpatient department of Massachusetts General Hospital. She obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2004. Dr. Collamore has pursued continuing education in manual therapy of the cervical and lumbopelvic spine as well as Pilates. Her primary patient population is those with spinal disorders.

Dr. Fleck is chairman and professor of sports science at Colorado College in Colorado Springs, Colo. He is the former physiology program chairman of the U.S. Olympic Committee's Athletic Performance Division. An exercise physiologist, Dr. Fleck is internationally known for research in resistance training, overtraining, and sports supplements. He is the author of more than 100 articles, book chapters, and books on sports science. A fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine, Dr. Fleck has also served as an officer of the National Strength and Conditioning Association, which honored him by awarding him the Sports Scientist of the Year in 1991 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2005. He serves as an adviser to several publications and fitness companies.
